If the medical procedure you are considering to have is not really that important, better save it for more important things in the future. No matter how hard we try to be healthy, we still sometimes get sick (hey, we're just human beings) and when time comes (God forbids) that our health is put in hazard, we at least have something to lean on and would not be too much indebted.
